Key Responsibilities
• Foster lasting client relationships through regular, personalized communication and strategic engagement.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and converting leads into successful partnerships.
• Spearhead client acquisition efforts, tracking leads and projects to maximize conversion rates and expand the company's portfolio.
• Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate agreements, and provide actionable feedback to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Architect tailored solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, events, and interiors, to meet unique client needs.
• Develop and present innovative proposals, quotations, and creative pitches that showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences by monitoring progress, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback into continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal stakeholder management, facilitating collaboration and open communication among teams to drive project success.
• Conduct site visits and maintain detailed reports to guarantee projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client expectations.

Education
- Bachelor
- Masters
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field

- Basic knowledge of branding, advertising, and digital marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Having personal client network will be considered an advantage
