Key Responsibilities

* Drive quality improvement initiatives in health service delivery at UH & FWCs and sub-centers, focusing on SRH and MNCH services, to enhance patient care and outcomes. * Lead technical support and coordination efforts with project management, local health facilities, and management committees to ensure seamless delivery of SRH and MNCH services for women and adolescents. * Facilitate management committee meetings, technical training for healthcare providers, and coordinate with committee members to foster a collaborative environment. * Manage and monitor the daily activities of Midwives and CSBAs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and adherence to spiritual values. * Conduct regular assessments of management committees and service quality, leading to recognition through star awarding, to drive continuous improvement. * Ensure quality care from all service providers through frequent follow-up visits, on-job coaching, and demonstrating leadership to midwives and CSBAs. * Develop and implement strategies to foster strong working relationships with healthcare providers, project management, and facility management committees. * Provide supportive skill supervision to CSBAs and community midwives, enhancing their knowledge, skills, and attitudes to deliver high-quality care. * Analyze patient satisfaction surveys, maintain records of feedback, and practice beneficiary feedback mechanisms to inform service improvements. * Collaborate with LAMB's training center, MIS-R, and hospital to access support, updated information, and resources, ensuring holistic support and psychosocial counseling for women and adolescents. * Architect and implement training programs on mental health, SGBV, and income generation, promoting quality life and well-being for women and adolescents. * Oversee the implementation of child and vulnerable adult protection policies, reporting any allegations, concerns, or disclosures of abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities.

Good computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge on SRHR, MNCH, Gender & other family/social issues

Education

  • Diploma in Midwifery

  • Valid license from BNMC
  • Valid motorcycle driving license preferred
