* Spearhead daily financial transactions, ensuring seamless execution and meticulous documentation. * Drive cash flow management by preparing statements, monitoring fund positions, and analyzing financial trends. * Champion accurate record-keeping, updating accounting systems, and maintaining receipts and payments archives. * Collaborate on financial statement preparation, including Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. * Implement robust filing and documentation protocols for vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents. * Conduct thorough bill checking, voucher verification, and payment processing to ensure financial integrity. * Oversee petty cash management, ensuring proper utilization, reconciliation, and compliance. * Manage accounts payable and receivable, streamlining supplier payments and customer collections. * Facilitate export bill documentation, coordinating with banks for processing and follow-up. * Ensure regulatory compliance, including Income Tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements. * Administer tax deduction at source (TDS), maintaining accurate records and schedules. * Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and inter-company transactions to guarantee financial accuracy. * Provide audit support by preparing documentation, schedules, and data analysis. * Maintain accounting software with precise and timely data entry, ensuring seamless financial operations. * Develop basic MIS reports, conducting financial analysis to inform management decisions. * Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external parties, coordinating routine financial matters and resolving queries.
