Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead patient billing processes, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions. • Lead admission and discharge procedures, guaranteeing a smooth experience for patients. • Deliver exceptional client service, aligning with organizational policies to drive satisfaction and loyalty. • Interpret and process prescriptions with accuracy, ensuring timely and effective care. • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships through outstanding service. • Develop and submit comprehensive reports to departmental heads and team leaders, informing data-driven decisions. • Oversee front desk operations, maintaining a professional and organized environment. • Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly. • Coordinate visitor management, ensuring a secure and welcoming experience for all. • Facilitate interview arrangements, streamlining the recruitment process. • Administer courier services, ensuring timely and secure delivery of documents and packages. • Provide accurate and helpful information to clients via phone, email, or in-person, exceeding their expectations. • Offer personalized support to patients and visitors, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Additional

  • Having more than 2 years experience in Hospital/Diagnostic center
  • Should have enough knowledge about different investigation and procedures
  • Basic Computer Knowledge, Patient and doctors handling capacity
  • Dealing with patient referrals
  • Ability to work in 3 shifts [Male] & 2 Shift [Female]
  • Enough knowledge in Computer Handling
  • Have knowledge in MS-Office
  • Effective interpersonal skills with all levels of people
  • To have excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Working experience in Call Center/Customer care will be given preference
