Key Responsibilities
* Drive seamless ERP system implementation and deployment at client sites, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
* Architect system configurations to meet client requirements, supporting setup, data migration, and validation for accuracy and completeness.
* Lead end-user training sessions, empowering them to maximize ERP system functionalities and navigate daily operations with ease.
* Manage system performance, conducting routine checks and monitoring stability to ensure proper functionality and data integrity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues, implement long-term solutions, and enhance system security practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the development team and following up to ensure prompt resolution.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including issue logs, solutions, user guides, and system changes.
* Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, support, and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Coordinate with the development team to identify and address bugs, deploying system updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption.
* Analyze user feedback and communicate it to the development team, driving system performance and user experience improvements.
* Ensure smooth system go-live and post-deployment support, providing ongoing assistance and guidance to clients.
* Conduct periodic on-site visits to client offices and factories, supporting implementation activities and maintaining a strong presence.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
