Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead travel arrangements, both domestic and international, to support the Chairman's schedule without hesitation.
• Provide flexible and professional support to the Chairman, adapting to diverse roles and responsibilities as needed.
• Oversee the Chairman's digital calendar, prioritizing appointments and reallocating as necessary to optimize their schedule.
• Drive correspondence management, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to incoming communications on behalf of the Chairman or other staff members.
• Architect and maintain the Chairman's office systems, including data management, filing, and minute-taking to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of the Chairman's contacts and financial reports, ensuring confidentiality and precision.
• Coordinate meetings with precision, preparing comprehensive agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and supporting materials to enable the Chairman's success.
• Serve as the Chairman's representative, warmly welcoming visitors and foreign delegates at all levels of seniority, fostering positive relationships and impressions.
• Operate within a standard office schedule of 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, six days a week, with flexibility to accommodate the Chairman's needs.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business
- Graduate in Finance or International Business from IBA, DU, NSU, EWU, AIUB, IUB, BRAC, UIU, or Foreign Universities
