Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead seamless coordination between consultants and outpatients to ensure a cohesive experience.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences through courteous greetings and meticulous arrangement of pre-consultation requirements.
* Empower patients with comprehensive guidance on investigations, medications, and follow-up visits to foster informed decision-making.
* Proactively update consultants on patient attendance and status, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Stay abreast of the latest facility information, tariffs, and services to provide personalized support to high-value, VIP, and vulnerable patients.
* Offer expert counseling to inpatients, outpatients, and OT patients, tailored to their specific needs and packages.
* Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and queries.
* Drive service excellence by collecting customer feedback and suggestions, analyzing them to identify areas for improvement, and reporting insights to unit supervisors to inform strategic decisions.
