Key Responsibilities

* Drive project planning and delivery, spearheading all phases of the People for People (P4P) initiative, including governance, mentor recruitment and training, peer circles, reflection, and transition. * Architect and oversee the implementation of 12-15 inclusive peer sessions in community hubs, ensuring tailored support to coastal communities. * Develop and adapt project tools, such as visual kits, comics, oral histories, and checklists, to meet the unique needs of local contexts. * Foster strategic partnerships and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Oxfam, grassroots actors, local institutions, and duty-bearers, to advance project objectives. * Manage and facilitate collaboration among teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with project goals. * Lead the integration of grassroots knowledge into institutional systems, promoting participatory documentation and policy engagement. * Champion community-driven and cost-effective preparedness, resilience, and climate adaptation, with a focus on elevating local knowledge and promoting inclusive practices. * Coordinate with local stakeholders to identify and address capacity gaps, providing support to strengthen local preparedness and response systems. * Drive engagement with local communities, particularly women and youth, to empower them as Environmental Human Rights and Land Defenders, and support their leadership development through safe and trauma-aware engagement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with CODEC and Oxfam's Code of Conduct, safeguarding policies, and data privacy/confidentiality standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accountability.
