Delivery Coordinator

* Spearhead delivery operations in designated areas, ensuring seamless execution and coordination between delivery teams and internal stakeholders. * Lead and manage delivery personnel, monitoring performance and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, including sales, operations, and warehouse, to resolve delivery issues and drive process improvements. * Architect and implement effective recruitment and management strategies for delivery teams, including hiring, onboarding, training, and supervising staff to maintain exceptional service quality. * Drive team performance, managing attendance, productivity, and discipline to achieve operational excellence. * Catalyze sales growth by leveraging strong relationships with pharmacies, identifying opportunities to increase order volumes, and providing actionable field insights to the sales team. * Develop and execute strategic plans to expand delivery operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase market share in assigned zones. * Balance fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, allocating 50% of time to visiting delivery zones and 50% to reporting, coordination, and planning activities.
