* Drive high-quality patient care by delivering clinical services, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans that adhere to established protocols and guidelines. * Perform a range of medical procedures, including injections, wound care, and minor surgeries, while responding to medical emergencies and providing timely interventions. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care, and maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards. * Lead educational initiatives, including lectures, ward rounds, and clinical sessions, to foster academic excellence among MBBS students and medical internees. * Architect and implement regular phase-wise classes, evening ward classes, and clinical sessions, while maintaining updated schedules and timetables. * Manage quality improvement projects, focusing on patient safety, clinical outcomes, and healthcare delivery, and engage in peer review, case presentations, and knowledge-sharing activities. * Develop and maintain a culture of clinical excellence, participating in regular ward rounds, supervising patient admissions, and contributing to the completion of students' cards. * Support the development of academic materials, including lecture timetables and ward/class schedules, and participate in departmental activities as assigned by the authority. * Work flexibly, including weekday duty hours, evening classes, and evening duty hours, and be available to work beyond regular office hours as instructed by the Department Head or competent authority.
