* Drive financial accuracy by performing daily bank reconciliations and maintaining precise accounts receivable records. * Architect efficient accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely generation of money receipts in ERP after verifying payments. * Lead ERP data management by entering inventory data into the system based on approved documents, and generating reports for internal audits and use. * Manage inventory control processes, including processing adjustments in ERP after obtaining proper approval, and maintaining detailed documentation of adjustments and discrepancies. * Conduct thorough monthly physical inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and ERP records, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining organized financial and inventory data. * Develop and maintain a robust system of internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Analyze and optimize inventory tracking processes, leveraging ERP capabilities to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
