Assistant Project Engineer / Deputy Project Engineer

* Spearhead site operations, ensuring adherence to design specs, building codes, and safety protocols to drive project progress and compliance. * Architect site management strategies, overseeing civil works and subcontractors to align with project plans and objectives. * Drive labor management, subcontractor coordination, and finishing work to meet project timelines and quality standards. * Manage inventory, procure materials, and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project budgets. * Estimate material requirements, prepare Material Purchase Requirements (MPR), and align with project budgets and policies to optimize resource allocation. * Implement robust inventory management systems to track building and construction materials, minimizing waste and optimizing usage. * Develop and submit contractor bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with work order terms and conditions. * Conduct quality control checks to ensure construction materials meet technical specs, and monitor manpower mobilization to match worker skills with project needs. * Implement waste reduction strategies, monitoring material usage and execution to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation. * Create and submit progress reports, work programs, and material estimates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and project visibility. * Maintain accurate site records, including measurement books, checklists, and work formats, to ensure data-driven decision-making. * Foster a safe, clean, and hygienic project environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. * Facilitate regular communication with the Project Manager, relevant departments, and head office, providing project updates and insights to drive informed decision-making. * Prepare and submit Consumption Reports, providing stakeholders with actionable insights into project performance and resource utilization.
