* Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive maintenance strategy, integrating preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime. * Architect and lead high-performing maintenance teams, providing guidance and mentorship to senior engineers, technicians, and supervisors to drive exceptional performance and growth. * Drive budgetary planning and cost management, overseeing maintenance expenditures, spare parts inventory, and outsourced services to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation. * Champion a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and industry safety protocols to minimize risk and promote a healthy work environment. * Accelerate reliability-centered maintenance initiatives, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR) to identify and address recurring issues, reduce unplanned breakdowns, and extend equipment lifespan. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Planning, to align maintenance schedules with production targets and drive business objectives. * Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, maintenance cost per unit, and schedule compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, modifications, and compliance logs to inform data-driven decision-making.
