Regulatory Lead - Channel & Procurement

• Spearhead field visits to stores and suppliers to uncover and prevent fraudulent activities. • Drive independent reviews of purchase and sales transactions to identify and mitigate irregularities. • Uncover potential malpractice by scrutinizing financial records, invoices, and contracts for signs of manipulation. • Architect and implement internal control improvements to minimize fraud risks and enhance compliance. • Investigate and resolve suspicious procurement, payment, and sales reporting activities. • Validate supplier authenticity, pricing structures, and transaction approvals to ensure transparency. • Partner with management to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. • Develop and present comprehensive audit reports outlining key findings, risks, and corrective actions. • Leverage data analytics tools to detect and prevent fraudulent patterns and unethical practices. • Safeguard sensitive financial information with utmost confidentiality and integrity. • Champion fraud prevention initiatives and provide expert guidance and training to relevant staff members.
