* Drive the creation of captivating short-form videos by editing raw footage into 15-60 second clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. * Enhance video content with trending audio, animated captions, text overlays, color grading, and transitions using CapCut Desktop, elevating the visual appeal of each piece. * Craft compelling social media captions, hooks, and hashtag sets that resonate with each client's unique brand voice and tone. * Lead the publishing process across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, using Metricool to ensure seamless content distribution. * Stay ahead of the curve by researching trending sounds, video formats, and viral real estate content on a weekly basis, incorporating key findings into client projects. * Manage and deliver high-quality video edits via Frame.io, ensuring timely revisions and a 12-hour turnaround on feedback. * Architect and maintain a robust content calendar for each client using ClickUp, prioritizing task management and deadline adherence. * Champion brand consistency by strictly adhering to each client's brand kit, including fonts, colors, logo placement, and intro/outro templates, across all content.
