• Spearhead daily accounting operations, including invoice preparation, voucher management, and transaction processing. • Drive accounts payable and receivable management, ensuring seamless reconciliation and compliance. • Maintain and manage financial databases, accounting records, and reporting systems to deliver accurate daily and monthly insights. • Validate bills and transactions to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards. • Oversee petty cash handling, bank reconciliation, and other critical financial processes. • Architect financial statements, including receipts and payments reports, to inform business decisions. • Manage payroll processing, including salary, overtime, increment, and bonus calculations, to ensure timely and accurate compensation. • Navigate tax complexities, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax, to ensure compliance and minimize risk. • Develop and submit tax returns, maintaining meticulous audit documentation and supporting records. • Facilitate banking operations, including transactions, letters of credit, telegraphic transfers, pay orders, and bank guarantees. • Inform cash flow management and financial planning strategies to drive business growth and stability. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support audits, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements. • Leverage expertise in accounting software, such as Tally, and payroll systems to optimize financial operations and reporting.
