* Spearhead the development and execution of merchandising strategies that align customer expectations with company objectives. * Foster and maintain strong business relationships with buyers to drive seamless business operations and meet their evolving needs. * Drive quantitative analysis, correspondence, and creative work to ensure successful order execution, from new development to production. * Architect production and shipment plans in collaboration with production teams, ensuring timely execution and adherence to the "Time and Action Calendar". * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and converting leads into new buyers to expand the business portfolio. * Negotiate with producers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms, handling all merchandising activities independently. * Establish and manage a network of material sources for new product development, ensuring a stable and efficient supply chain. * Facilitate open communication between producers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve development and production issues promptly. * Troubleshoot and resolve supply and production problems, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth operations. * Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting key activities, challenges, and achievements on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including department heads and managers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient production process. * Lead and supervise the merchandising team, guiding them to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth. * Leverage exceptional English language skills to communicate effectively with buyers, ensuring timely updates on production status and new order acquisition. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to driving business success.
