Asst. Manager - Dyeing & Finishing (Finishing)

* Spearhead the finishing production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality fabrics that meet shipment plans and buyer standards. * Collaborate with the Planning Department to drive on-time delivery and optimize production workflows. * Innovate and implement process improvements and techniques in the finishing production line, enhancing efficiency and quality. * Oversee and fine-tune finishing parameters during bulk production, leveraging expertise in sample development and finishing agents. * Drive machine utilization and manpower optimization, ensuring maximum production capacity and minimal downtime. * Champion a culture of quality and safety, maintaining high standards of fabric quality, machinery, and working area conditions. * Develop and mentor junior staff through regular training sessions, guidance, and performance feedback. * Analyze and resolve finishing-related defects, implementing corrective actions to minimize recurrence. * Lead maintenance efforts in collaboration with the Maintenance Department, ensuring all machines are properly maintained and functional. * Manage and report on daily production targets, quality standards, and defect analysis, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. * Architect and maintain accurate records and reports, submitting daily work reports to the Head of Department and driving data-driven decision-making.
