Management Trainee Officer- Environment Management System (EMS)

* Drive organizational excellence by embracing a proactive and adaptable approach to duties and responsibilities, leveraging exceptional internal and external communication skills. * Champion compliance by ensuring adherence to local environmental laws, buyer standards, and internal policies, mitigating risks and promoting a culture of responsibility. * Architect and maintain comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation, records, and procedures, aligning with ISO 14001 standards. * Lead chemical management initiatives, overseeing the safe storage, labeling, use, and disposal of hazardous chemicals, and maintaining accurate material safety data sheets. * Develop and implement effective waste management strategies, utilizing knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste to drive segregation and minimization efforts. * Promote water stewardship by implementing best practices for water conservation and efficient use, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact. * Pioneer energy management initiatives, leveraging expertise to optimize energy consumption, reduce waste, and drive sustainability. * Analyze and report key metrics, providing actionable insights into environmental data quality management, including energy and water usage, waste generation, and other critical metrics. * Spearhead sustainability initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities for energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste minimization, driving business value and environmental responsibility.
