Area Manager, Sales

* Drive sales growth by overseeing the achievement of area sales targets and distributing goals among sales teams. * Spearhead business development by exploring diverse routes to market and capitalizing on new opportunities. * Manage daily sales performance by tracking retail counter sales, inventory, and sales requests, and monitoring team attendance and tour plans. * Architect effective advertising strategies to promote products to retailers, and design schemes to enhance sales and unique product selling points. * Foster strong relationships with retailers and consumers by visiting retail counters, addressing complaints, and resolving issues promptly. * Develop and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven insights to inform business decisions. * Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local authorities, government agencies, and semi-government organizations to ensure compliance and collaboration. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Compliance, and Accounts, to ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination and alignment. * Uphold company policies, management instructions, and standard operating procedures, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and protocols.
