Quality Controller

* Drive production excellence by monitoring cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing activities to meet buyer quality standards, ensuring approved samples are accurately implemented. * Spearhead pre-production efforts by attending meetings, clarifying production requirements, and verifying the availability of essential materials and documents. * Architect in-line inspection processes to identify defects early, collaborating with production teams to rectify issues promptly and minimize defect rates. * Lead final inspection and shipment readiness, conducting AQL-standard checks to ensure products meet buyer specifications, and coordinating with QA teams for approval and clearance. * Manage daily production output and quality performance, identifying bottlenecks and facilitating corrective action to align with Time & Action plans. * Develop and submit regular QC reports, maintaining meticulous inspection records and quality data, while promptly reporting major quality risks to management. * Foster seamless coordination and communication among Merchandising, Production, and QA teams, facilitating swift issue resolution and ensuring smooth factory-buying office interactions.
