Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing and sales strategies to propel revenue growth, expand business reach, and elevate the company's brand reputation. • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed predefined targets across monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly milestones. • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular, strategic follow-ups and engagement. • Architect and implement plans to maximize product visibility, bridge market gaps, and maintain a competitive edge. • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, overseeing their activities, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Design and deliver marketing development programs that enhance customer relationships, boost sales, and drive business expansion. • Leverage exceptional time management and organizational skills to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale and niche marketing projects and initiatives. • Utilize analytical and problem-solving expertise to conceptualize and implement ideas that stimulate demand, drive growth, and stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Diploma in Power in Automobile
  • Diploma in Power in Power

Additional

  • Only Male
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
  • A clear understanding of the products and its application.
  • Knowledge of Marketing related business practices, including advertising, market research technology and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and lead the team.
