* Spearhead financial operations, overseeing the preparation and review of preliminary vouchers for all transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Architect and present comprehensive financial statements to top management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. * Drive team performance, leading a 15-member team as Deputy/Chief, and fostering a culture of excellence in a Tally ERP prime-based accounts environment. * Develop and implement financial strategies, leveraging in-depth knowledge of accounts, finance, tax, and VAT to optimize the accounting cycle. * Manage procurement procedures, ensuring effective and efficient purchasing processes that align with organizational goals. * Analyze and optimize departmental budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including bankers, auditors, and government agencies, to ensure seamless communication and compliance. * Foster a collaborative work environment, providing guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. * Troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely solutions and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations, negotiating and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to achieve organizational objectives.
