• Deliver high-energy PTE classes that cater to diverse student skill levels, mirroring the official exam format. • Architect personalized lesson plans, mock tests, and practice materials that address individual student needs and goals. • Drive student progress through regular assessments, providing actionable feedback to enhance speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. • Equip students with winning strategies, time management techniques, and expert tips to excel in all PTE modules. • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring updates to the PTE exam format, scoring criteria, and best-in-class teaching methodologies. • Manage student records with precision, tracking attendance, progress, and scores to inform data-driven instruction. • Lead demo classes and offer one-on-one guidance to students, providing support and counseling as needed. • Collaborate with faculty and management to participate in training workshops, promotional activities, and other initiatives that drive academy success. • Support the administrative team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring seamless academy operations.
