Executive - CAD

* Architect and develop patterns using cutting-edge software and freehand techniques to drive design innovation. * Design and refine templates, leveraging computer-aided design (CAD) expertise and precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy. * Lead the pattern-making process, from initial design to production-ready prototypes, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Drive efficiency and cost reduction by optimizing CAD utilization, creating precise markers, and streamlining pattern grading. * Manage and verify pattern accuracy, ensuring adherence to design specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. * Collaborate with the product development team to ensure design feasibility, production readiness, and customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement style-wise pattern designing and grading strategies to minimize errors and maximize productivity. * Conduct regular quality checks on samples, prototypes, and production runs, examining design specifications, sketches, and sample articles to inform pattern development. * Provide expert guidance to factories on pattern making, garment construction, and sewing operations, identifying alternatives and optimizing workflows. * Monitor and evaluate sample quality, fit, and workmanship, making necessary adjustments and consulting with key stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met. * Analyze and rectify design issues, consulting with sample in-charge or merchandising managers to resolve complications and ensure design integrity.
