Junior HR & Admin Officer

* Spearhead HR & Admin operations, collaborating closely with management to drive organizational excellence * Conduct regular audits of employee accommodation, ensuring alignment with company standards and optimal living conditions * Architect and maintain comprehensive records of employee accommodation, streamlining related arrangements and processes * Champion company culture, enforcing dress code adherence and upholding corporate behavior expectations * Monitor and drive employee discipline, punctuality, and overall conduct, fostering a high-performance work environment * Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation, ensuring seamless integration of new hires * Manage employee data, tracking attendance, leave, and other vital records to inform HR decisions * Craft HR communications, including letters, notices, and reports, to facilitate transparent and effective stakeholder engagement * Orchestrate administrative tasks, encompassing office management, logistics, and other operational functions to ensure business continuity * Drive policy implementation and management instruction execution, guaranteeing alignment with organizational objectives * Provide agile support for diverse HR & Admin initiatives, adapting to evolving business needs and management priorities
