Senior Executive - Store Packaging (Finishing)

* Spearhead inventory management, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring seamless warehouse operations. * Drive packaging activities, overseeing the finishing process to guarantee timely and efficient execution. * Architect and implement process improvements to minimize packaging defects, reduce waste, and optimize operational costs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QC and Warehouse, to ensure cohesive daily operations and resolve issues promptly. * Lead the procurement of packaging materials, anticipating needs and raising requisitions to prevent stockouts. * Develop and manage packing lists, coordinating with internal QC teams to facilitate timely shipments. * Supervise daily finishing work, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to company standards. * Analyze and maintain a balanced warehouse goods balance sheet, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. * Manage store inventory, tracking data by customer and generating reports for the office accountant. * Foster a culture of compliance, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. * Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
