* Spearhead business development by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, with a strategic focus on corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators * Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, including regular sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups * Collaborate with the Head of Sales to achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets * Foster and strengthen relationships with existing corporate accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth * Architect and present tailored proposals, contracts, and rate agreements that meet clients' unique needs * Facilitate the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and group bookings, delivering exceptional guest experiences * Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Reservations, Front Office, and other departments, to ensure seamless guest interactions * Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, leveraging CRM and reporting tools to inform data-driven decisions * Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments * Represent the hotel at sales trips, promotional campaigns, and networking events, building brand awareness and driving business growth
