Manager - HR Admin And Compliance

* Spearhead HR, administrative, and compliance functions to ensure adherence to labor law benchmarks and preset standards. * Drive recruitment efforts in accordance with the recruitment matrix, ensuring compliance with labor laws and minimizing manpower turnover. * Oversee attendance, authorization, and management of overtime, leave, and grievance handling, while maintaining general administrative tasks. * Architect and implement training and development programs to enhance employee awareness, counseling, and skills development. * Manage disciplinary and grievance issues, employee relations, and labor law litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. * Lead the preparation and implementation of audit-related documentation for various compliance standards, including ISO 9001:2015-QMS, ISO 22000:2018-FSSC, and others. * Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all legal documents, and foster relationships with regulatory authorities, such as the Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence and Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE). * Proactively identify and mitigate fire hazards and security risks to protect the company, its employees, and assets. * Foster a congenial work environment by promoting collaboration and communication among all departments and team members. * Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention rates. * Drive continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with changing regulations, adapting to new challenges, and embracing a proactive approach to HR management. * Collaborate with management to address emerging issues and undertake special projects as assigned.
