Senior Executive- Sales and Marketing

* Drive sales growth and market expansion for a diverse range of concrete block products, including Uni Block, Kerb Stone, and Hollow Blocks. * Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Solid Bricks, Three Hole bricks, Rectangular Blocks, and other specialized products. * Lead the sales team to achieve business objectives and increase market share for Erosion Control Block and K4 Plunks. * Manage and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster long-term collaborations and revenue streams. * Architect and implement effective sales strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the concrete block industry. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, such as I Block, and drive their market adoption.
