• Spearhead route optimization and load scheduling for efficient multi-drop deliveries. • Oversee resource allocation and tracking on the transport planning system to ensure seamless logistics. • Foster collaborative relationships with supply chain partners to drive operational excellence. • Deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and prompt issue resolution. • Lead transportation operations, developing and implementing strategies to enhance performance. • Cultivate strong relationships with transportation stakeholders to expand opportunities. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by verifying driver qualifications and training. • Analyze transportation costs, manage budgets, and identify areas for optimization. • Direct workshop operations, supervising mechanics, technicians, and support staff to achieve high-quality results. • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate the quality of repairs, maintenance, and servicing to guarantee customer satisfaction. • Manage inventory, control spare parts stock, and optimize procurement processes. • Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including bills, job cards, and service reports. • Uphold stringent safety standards in the workshop, ensuring a secure working environment. • Mentor and train mechanics and junior staff to enhance their skills and performance. • Provide actionable insights to management on revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer service improvement opportunities. • Drive continuous improvement, embracing new initiatives and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
