Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead outdoor advertising initiatives to amplify brand presence and recognition for MGI's cement products, aligning with business objectives and driving market growth. * Architect and execute innovative outdoor campaigns, leveraging billboards, transit ads, and other media channels to showcase the brand's identity and messaging. * Foster strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to secure high-impact outdoor advertising opportunities, optimizing marketing budget allocation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, ensuring seamless brand consistency across all outdoor media platforms. * Drive campaign execution, overseeing logistics, installation, and maintenance of outdoor advertising materials at key locations to maximize visibility. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance effectiveness. * Develop and present comprehensive campaign reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Ensure rigorous compliance with internal approval processes, contracts, and media placements, maintaining transparency and accountability in outdoor advertising expenditures. * Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging outdoor marketing technologies, driving continuous innovation and brand visibility for MGI's cement products.

Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale outdoor media campaigns, such as billboards and transit ads.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Experience negotiating and managing relationships with media vendors and external partners for effective and cost-efficient campaign delivery.
  • Strong ability to think creatively and strategically when developing and troubleshooting outdoor campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations for on-site campaign management, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
