QA/QC Manager

• Spearhead the maintenance and evolution of the quality management system, driving continuous improvement and ensuring seamless execution of internal project quality procedures. • Oversee quality control activities across construction projects, enforcing compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and contractual requirements, and coordinating subcontractor efforts to guarantee traceable and controllable quality. • Architect and manage the inspection, examination, and testing of materials, components, and processes, reviewing and approving critical process records to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks. • Identify and address quality issues promptly, conducting root cause analyses and devising corrective and preventive measures, while monitoring the implementation of rectification actions to ensure comprehensive resolution. • Drive the management of QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and quality statements, and deliver regular quality reports to project management, highlighting key performance indicators, problem areas, and improvement opportunities. • Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring project compliance with relevant standards and client contract requirements, and fostering a culture of quality excellence within the project team and subcontractor network. • Develop and deliver quality awareness training programs, promoting best practices and guiding QC engineers, inspectors, and related personnel in daily quality inspection activities, to elevate overall project quality. • Contribute to design changes and construction scheme reviews, providing expert quality input and assessing potential risks to construction quality, to inform data-driven decision-making and mitigate potential threats.
