* Spearhead HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, databases, and personnel files, ensuring seamless data management and compliance. * Drive recruitment efforts by managing the full cycle of job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top talent and foster a diverse workforce. * Architect performance management processes, including appraisals, evaluations, and disciplinary procedures, to promote employee growth and development. * Lead compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements, to mitigate risks and maintain a positive work environment. * Oversee employee lifecycle management, including attendance, leave, payroll, and exit processes, to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery. * Foster a culture of excellence by supporting performance appraisal, employee evaluation, and development processes, to drive business outcomes and employee engagement. * Manage administrative functions, including office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. * Supervise and develop support staff, including office assistants, drivers, and other personnel, to promote a high-performing and motivated team. * Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization. * Ensure the maintenance of office facilities, utilities, and security, to provide a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. * Provide administrative support to management, including travel arrangements, correspondence, and documentation, to enable strategic decision-making and business growth.
