Sales Promotion Officer / Marketing Officer (Aquaculture Medicines)

* Drive sales growth by generating prescriptions and expanding into new aqua markets, leveraging innovative strategies to achieve business objectives. * Architect and execute targeted sales plans, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets are met or exceeded. * Develop and deliver product-wise sales forecasts, utilizing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and optimize product performance. * Deliver market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform management decisions, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. * Manage and report daily sales and collection data, as well as farm visit reports, to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Build and maintain a robust network of clients and distributors, fostering sustainable business relationships and driving long-term growth. * Lead and facilitate engaging seminars, workshops, and product demonstrations, providing technical support and expertise to farmers and distributors, and promoting aqua product adoption.
