* Spearhead strategic growth initiatives across Education, Publications, and E-commerce verticals, identifying new business opportunities and expanding services, products, and market segments. * Drive revenue growth by optimizing student acquisition funnels, improving conversion rates, and implementing effective pricing, campaigns, and offer strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and publications, analyzing market demand and supporting go-to-market strategies. * Architect and execute e-commerce growth plans, optimizing sales funnels, enhancing customer retention, and exploring partnerships and distribution channels for Boibari. * Foster strategic partnerships with educational institutions and corporate entities, exploring B2B opportunities for institutional enrollments, training programs, and bulk sales. * Lead cross-functional execution, coordinating with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Production, IT, and Accounts teams to deliver campaigns, improve platforms, and align finances. * Analyze business performance through KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting, informing top management's strategic decision-making and long-term expansion planning. * Develop and manage strategic growth plans, identifying opportunities and converting them into measurable business outcomes. * Drive business development initiatives, connecting marketing, operations, product development, strategic planning, and sales to unlock new revenue streams and scale the organization.
