Key Responsibilities
* Drive HR analytics and data intelligence to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging HR dashboards, MIS, and data modeling to optimize workforce planning and operational efficiency.
* Architect and manage HR data systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and standardization across all units, and providing actionable insights to support resource optimization and workforce planning.
* Lead predictive analysis on key workforce metrics, including attrition, overtime, and manpower demand, to enable proactive decision-making and strategic planning.
* Spearhead organizational analysis, supporting workforce planning, workload analysis, and productivity measurement, and recommending optimal staffing models based on operational requirements.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units, analyzing performance trends, identifying gaps, and providing data-driven insights to inform performance improvement initiatives.
* Design and analyze employee surveys, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall work climate.
* Conduct comprehensive exit analytics, identifying root causes of turnover and developing retention-focused recommendations to drive business growth and minimize talent loss.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven performance management systems, supporting strategic HR operations and driving business outcomes.
* Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, driving operational efficiency, and promoting strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
