Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of people operations, internal culture, and communication standards that align with U.S. company culture and values.
* Drive a culture of discipline and professionalism, ensuring that all team members adhere to expected workplace behavior and maintain high standards of communication.
* Architect and maintain HR systems, trackers, and documentation to support people performance, KPI handling, and process improvements.
* Manage and coordinate hiring and recruitment efforts, including candidate communication, interview records, and hiring documentation.
* Oversee payroll, leave, and policy administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and clear communication of policies to team members.
* Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members, introducing them to Brandsquare's culture, standards, and systems.
* Develop and execute strategies to promote team engagement, cultural alignment, and employee wellbeing, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Monitor and address language misuse, unprofessional communication, and cultural issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
* Collaborate with leadership to drive business outcomes, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters and HR process improvements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, daily presence logs, and people-related trackers, to inform data-driven decisions.
* Support the development and implementation of structured leave benefits, festival bonuses, and support funds to promote employee wellbeing and long-term growth.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
