* Drive student engagement by delivering compelling presentations on NGMA's professional courses, highlighting key modules and career opportunities. * Architect a seamless communication experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving queries from social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. * Spearhead lead generation and conversion by maintaining a robust database of prospective students, and conducting regular follow-ups to secure admissions. * Lead the charge in meeting monthly admission targets, contributing to the academy's growth and expansion. * Manage the end-to-end admission process, encompassing documentation, fee collection, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new students. * Collaborate with the team to design and execute seminars, workshops, and promotional events that showcase NGMA's offerings and build brand awareness.
