Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business development by identifying and acquiring new clients through strategic outreach and visits.
* Architect customized solutions by understanding client needs, crafting competitive quotations, and negotiating contract terms.
* Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for sales and revenue collection.
* Conduct extensive market research and field visits to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Foster and expand existing client relationships, while establishing a robust sales network to fuel long-term growth and success.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

- Experience in industrial, preferably in steel structure, construction materials, or building solutions
- Strong understanding of technical sales, client negotiation, and project-based selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets
- Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented
- Willing to travel frequently
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication)
- Having a valid driving license will be an added advantage
