• Spearhead raw material fabric inspection, driving accurate reporting and seamless communication with suppliers and stakeholders. • Champion sample development, guiding the process from conception to customer approval and ensuring alignment with customer needs. • Expedite size trials and product manufacturability, ensuring timely and efficient production. • Facilitate Risk Assessment and Pre-Production meetings, collaborating with customers to drive project success. • Oversee pilot production, ensuring a smooth transition to bulk production and minimizing disruptions. • Architect and refine quality gates across all production stages, guaranteeing rigorous standards and consistency. • Lead and manage the RFT team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are deeply understood and executed, driving customer satisfaction. • Drive KPI achievement, focusing on quality, delivery, and efficiency to propel business growth. • Lead project-based problem-solving initiatives, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. • Optimize GPQ workload and final inspections, ensuring effective management and minimizing bottlenecks. • Guarantee on-time delivery, securing all necessary pre-sampling approvals and meeting customer deadlines. • Govern the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with internal and external audits and maintaining the highest standards. • Support new customer onboarding, establishing robust quality assurance frameworks and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
