* Spearhead the distribution process, ensuring seamless loading and unloading of finished goods to drive efficiency and productivity. * Leverage software expertise to generate challans and prepare bills, streamlining distribution operations. * Drive transparency by providing daily stock reports to key stakeholders, including the factory General Manager, head office accounts, and sales teams. * Lead and manage the distribution team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. * Ensure accurate product tracking by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product lot numbers during the loading process. * Architect and maintain a robust First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system to guarantee timely and organized product distribution. * Develop and maintain precise lot reports to facilitate smooth B2B product bill submissions. * Conduct physical stock counts to prepare accurate daily stock reports using specialized software, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
