Asst. Engineer/Engineer (Kiln/Firing)-Sanitary Ware

• Spearhead kiln operations, driving efficiency and productivity in tunnel and shuttle kiln processes. • Architect and refine firing curves to achieve optimal results, leveraging expertise in thermal dynamics. • Manage fuel consumption, strategically allocating resources (Gas, LPG, FO) to minimize waste and reduce costs. • Monitor and control kiln temperature and pressure, making data-driven adjustments to ensure stable conditions. • Optimize burner settings to maximize efficiency, minimizing energy expenditure while maintaining product quality. • Champion quality control, implementing measures to reduce defects and ensure consistent product excellence. • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, proactively mitigating potential kiln issues and downtime. • Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve kiln problems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to production. • Lead and supervise kiln operators and loaders, providing guidance and training to enhance performance and safety. • Drive production targets, tracking key metrics and recording data to inform process improvements and optimize output.
