• Spearhead overall factory operations, orchestrating Production, Maintenance, Quality, Store, Admin, Accounts, and Delivery to drive seamless execution and maximize productivity. • Drive production excellence by setting and achieving daily and monthly targets, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. • Architect and implement performance monitoring frameworks to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and foster a culture of continuous enhancement across all departments. • Lead and develop high-performing teams, comprising department heads, supervisors, and workers, to boost morale, productivity, and employee growth. • Champion quality assurance, minimizing defects, waste, and rework while relentlessly pursuing factory efficiency and performance optimization. • Oversee machinery maintenance, implementing proactive strategies and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. • Manage and optimize factory costs, leveraging resource utilization and implementing cost-saving initiatives that balance fiscal responsibility with quality excellence. • Ensure rigorous adherence to safety, legal, environmental, and compliance standards, safeguarding the well-being of employees, the community, and the environment. • Develop and submit data-driven reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to inform strategic decision-making, drive business growth, and enhance operational effectiveness.
