• Architect a strategic Raw Material & Manufacturing QA plan that drives business growth and aligns with organizational objectives. • Drive the development and execution of annual functional operating plans, budgets, and performance roadmaps that fuel business success. • Champion compliance with customer requirements, global product quality standards, and internal quality management systems to ensure seamless operations. • Spearhead the overall Quality Management system, guaranteeing product quality and technical compliance that meets the highest standards. • Accelerate continuous improvement initiatives that boost inspection pass rates, reduce defects, and enhance audit performance ratings. • Lead cost-saving initiatives that minimize the Cost of Quality (COQ) and optimize resource allocation. • Facilitate customer audits, technical reviews, and quality performance discussions that foster strong partnerships and drive business growth. • Empower and develop high-performing, multi-site QA, Fabric, and Technical leadership teams through coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance.
