Key Responsibilities

* Drive project implementation by supporting field-level operations, community engagement, and beneficiary coordination, ensuring timely execution of planned activities and adherence to project proposals and donor requirements. * Architect work plans, activity schedules, and implementation frameworks, and coordinate with project staff, field teams, and relevant stakeholders to achieve project goals. * Lead data collection, verification, and documentation of project activities, and support the preparation of periodic reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, to ensure transparency and accountability. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, participating in coordination meetings and workshops to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing. * Manage and maintain project records, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements. * Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making. * Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including community leaders, beneficiaries, and partners, to promote project visibility, credibility, and impact. * Support the development of project proposals, concept notes, and funding applications, leveraging knowledge of project management, donor requirements, and organizational priorities. * Embed a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and impact.

Education

  • Masters degree in any discipline

Additional

  • Minimum 1 years of practical experience in implementing donor-funded projects, preferably in NGO/INGO settings
  • Basic knowledge of project management concepts
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and multicultural environment
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Willingness to travel frequently to field locations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to development work and community service
