Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by participating in comprehensive training sessions on microfinance operations, policies, and procedures to develop expertise in credit management, client handling, and financial services delivery. * Architect branch-level administration by gaining hands-on experience in field activities, group formation, loan disbursement, savings collection, and recovery processes. * Lead field operations by conducting site visits to support group formation, member mobilization, client selection, and verification processes, ensuring seamless loan disbursement and proper documentation. * Foster strong relationships with beneficiaries by providing exceptional client relationship management, including financial literacy and awareness, and resolving issues promptly. * Manage loan utilization and repayment by monitoring client progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to ensure timely repayment. * Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies to promote financial inclusion, education, and empowerment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, achieve organizational goals, and contribute to the development of the Microfinance Program. * Analyze field data and market trends to inform business decisions, optimize operations, and drive growth. * Embed a customer-centric approach by delivering exceptional service, responding to client queries, and resolving issues efficiently. * Contribute to the development of a high-performing team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and expertise to enhance overall team capabilities.

Requirements

Education

  • Masters degree in any discipline

Additional

  • Minimum 1 years of practical experience in Microfinance program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts and accounting
  • Ability to work in rural and field-based environments
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • High level of integrity, commitment, and willingness to learn
  • Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
  • Ability to ride a bicycle/motorcycle (preferred)
