* Drive the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems across various ESDO projects, ensuring seamless data collection, analysis, and reporting. * Design and deploy effective monitoring tools, such as surveys, checklists, and questionnaires, to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes. * Conduct field visits to collect and verify data, ensuring real-time monitoring of project activities and outputs, and maintaining accurate documentation of field-level information. * Manage and analyze project data using software such as Excel and MIS tools, maintaining databases, and upholding data accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards. * Develop and submit regular progress reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates, as well as donor reports, case studies, and success stories, to stakeholders and senior management. * Create engaging visual dashboards and presentations to communicate project performance, trends, and insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate in evaluation and learning initiatives, participating in baseline studies, assessments, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and inform future project designs. * Ensure accountability and quality standards are met, maintaining compliance with ESDO's MEAL framework and contributing to a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning. * Support the development of ESDO's MEAL systems, providing input on new tools, methods, and technologies to enhance monitoring, evaluation, and learning capabilities.
