Key Responsibilities

* Drive the delivery of inclusive education projects at the district level, fostering strong partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. * Architect and maintain robust relationships with partners, government stakeholders, and education authorities to ensure effective collaboration and implementation. * Lead the coordination of training activities, supporting partners to engage with schools, teachers, parents, and community groups to promote disability-inclusive education. * Develop and implement strategies to collect and utilize disability-disaggregated data, monitoring enrollment, attendance, and participation of children with disabilities. * Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to partners, ensuring they meet project requirements and adhere to partnership agreements. * Manage budget planning, financial reporting, and compliance at the partner level, working closely with finance colleagues to ensure seamless execution. * Oversee partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with donor requirements and due diligence. * Champion advocacy, communication, and awareness-raising initiatives at the district level, aligning with project objectives and promoting disability-inclusive education. * Collaborate with MEL colleagues to inform project monitoring, reporting, and learning, driving continuous improvement and shared learning among partners and stakeholders. * Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among partners and stakeholders, promoting collective progress towards inclusive education goals.

Requirements

Skills

Project and partnership managementMicrosoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong communication skills in both Bangla and English

Education

  • Master's degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Welfare, Disaster Management or a related field
