* Spearhead research initiatives within the hospital, driving projects forward under the guidance of the Director of Research and Professor of Paediatrics. * Explore and secure research funding opportunities, developing and submitting competitive project proposals to advance the hospital's research agenda. * Design and implement research projects, focusing on key areas such as maternal and child health, infectious diseases, and chronic conditions. * Analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and insights to inform research outcomes and drive decision-making. * Develop and disseminate research findings through high-quality reports and manuscripts, driving publication in reputable peer-reviewed journals. * Foster a culture of research excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote innovation and advance the hospital's research priorities.
